Leadership and managing well is often situational and subjective and how we respond in any situation as a leader is shaped by our inner framing and experiences. An important step to develop as a leader is self reflection, about the identity and story we hold about what it means to be a leader and manager.

As a first step in the MusicaViva Managers Program, we’d like to ask you to complete the following questions.
