Andrea has spent over 25 years working with organisations, leaders and individuals through every career transition and phase. Her skills have been honed guiding individual career transitions, evolving leadership capability and improving team dynamics for purpose driven organisations. Andrea has insights across a range of industries and sectors, and is ever curious about emerging trends in human behaviour, team dynamics and the drivers and beliefs that underpin our behaviours.

She has worked globally – from time in the UK and Canada in Human Resources, through to recruitment, career development and coaching in Australia. Her working experience covers sectors as diverse as finance & accounting, engineering, sustainability, tertiary education and performing arts. Fascinated by human behaviour and market dynamics, Andrea is driven to support people to reach their potential whether as a team, a leader, or specialist, looking to carve a new path, towards a productive and fulfilling career.

Along with extensive real-world experience, Andrea holds a range of qualifications including PCC coaching accreditation with ICF, Bachelor of Human Resources & Political Science and is a Professional Member of AHRI and CDAA.
